Rita is Rick's girlfriend in the series. Not much is known about her, besides the fact that she works as a waitress at her father's restaurant, Rio's. As the only other important female in the cartoon, she seems to be more of a "damsel-in-distress" than Betty, but Betty seems to be the one getting kidnapped all the time.

Along with Rio, Rita is not a character in the comic book.
